Biography

Melissa Whitlow has been a nurse practitioner with Emory Palliative Care since 2016, primarily at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital and also supporting Emory Johns Creek Hospital. She has served on the ethics committee at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital and is involved in teaching nursing students, APP students, and Emory APP fellows. She has an approximately 20-year nursing background in long-term care and critical care and maintains a fondness for geriatric care.
